Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

baji3 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment methods are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider in addition to these baji3 terms.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on baji3:

  • Deposits are credited to your baji3 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
  • The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 per transaction.
  • The maximum deposit amount per transaction is BDT 50,000, subject to your payment provider's own limits.
  • baji3 does not charge any fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
  • Deposits made from a payment account not registered in your name will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from baji3:

  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 per transaction.
  • The maximum withdrawal amount per day is BDT 200,000, subject to account verification status.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes of submission during normal operating hours.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is undergoing a verification review or if unusual activity has been detected.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Bonus Policy & Wagering Requirements

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • The standard wagering requirement on baji3 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within 7 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%, while slots contribute 100%.
  • Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
  • baji3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on baji3 are provided by licensed third-party studios and are subject to the rules published by those providers. baji3 does not modify game outcomes in any way. All results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes streamed in real time.

The following fair play conditions apply to all games on baji3:

  • Game results are final once confirmed by the game server. Disputes based on personal expectations of outcome will not be upheld.
  • In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned to your account balance.
  • baji3 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a disconnection during a game round.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
  • Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

If you believe a game result is incorrect or that a technical error has affected your session, contact our support team within 24 hours of the incident with your game round ID. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

Prohibited Conduct

baji3 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraud, cheating, or platform abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

  • Opening more than one account on baji3, whether under your own name or another identity.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or table games.
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
  • Attempting to launder money through the baji3 platform.
  • Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing baji3 staff or other players through any communication channel.
baji3 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any suspected criminal activity detected on the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Account Suspension & Closure

baji3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged inactivity.

  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of BDT 100 may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance.
  • If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or withdraw until the review is complete.
  • If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.
  • You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact our support team immediately via live chat. We aim to resolve all account disputes within 72 hours.
